Our covers are made from 78% recycled polyester and 22% lycra.

Our inner fillings are made from 100% recycled polyester.

Our filling safety is verified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100. We love this because it goes beyond national and international testing requirements protecting from harmful substances. Essentially it means Settle beds are ecologically safe for you and your dog.

To put it simply: recycled polyester performs just as well as virgin polyester but requires way less resources to make.

Let’s dig a little deeper… 

Our beds are made from pre and post-consumer plastic waste. 

This rescues unwanted factory offcuts and gives discarded plastic bottles a second life, saving them from clogging up landfills and polluting our beautiful oceans.

This plastic waste is turned into the raw material, Recycled PET. We use this to create our recycled polyester for our covers and fillings. 

Recycled PET is created by collecting, sorting and melting plastic bottles down into flakes. These are then spun into recycled polyester yarn for our covers and recycled polyester fibre for our inners. 

Here’s where it gets really good: Recycled polyester uses significantly less water and energy in the production process. It also creates less Co2 emissions and prevents further extraction of non-renewable resources like crude oil.

The 100% RPET filling in our beds is part of a closed loop system that can be recycled again and again and again and again and again… you get the picture.

Oh and one more thing, our filling is certified by the GRS (Global Recycled Standard) who work towards increasing the use of recycled materials in products – a mission we’re totally onboard with.

By choosing recycled polyester, we’re able to deliver a product with the quality and durability

you would expect from your dog bed, but with a smaller environmental footprint. 

Both our fabric and our beds are designed and manufactured in the UK. This minimises our transport distances, reducing our carbon emissions. 

We use the most sustainable process possible in fabric printing: digital sublimation.

We love this method as it produces literally zero waste by turning the solid inks directly into a gas without any water needed for dyeing. This also means no dye will get into our water system when printing Settle covers – sadly this happens a lot with most other dying processes. 

Our biodegradable and water-based inks will then penetrate into the fibres of our recycled polyester material, bringing our designs to life with incredible definition and detail.

And as if this method couldn’t get any better, it is extremely fade-resistant meaning your Settle bed will remain vibrant wash after wash.

Spotted a stain? Our covers are wipeable. Move quickly and you might be able to remove it with a damp cloth.

We recommend machine washing your removable cover only when necessary at 30°C. Do not tumble dry or iron and allow it to air dry, it won’t take long as our material dries super-fast! 

For best results we recommend purchasing a spare cover. Alternating them will extend the lifespan of your Settle bed, plus you get to enjoy more than one of our beautiful designs. 

Our inners are currently hand wash only. We recommend rinsing in warm water and allowing it to drip dry. Do not wring to ensure they keep their shape.

Unfortunately, all synthetic fabrics (including recycled materials like ours) shed tiny pieces of plastic in the wash called microfibres. We recommend washing your Settle cover in a Guppyfriend Washing Bag to stop microplastic from polluting our rivers and oceans.

Yes, but only if enough dogs need it. We don’t believe in over manufacturing surplus products; our current sizes have been thoughtfully designed to accommodate as many breeds as possible.

Yes! Spare covers are available in any design and any size. Offering this to you was so important to us. Most of us have a spare pair of bed sheets, we want to make your life easier by having the same option available for your dog bed.

We offer a one-year warranty on all our products from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. We sadly cannot provide cover for any general wear and tear or if your dog has a mad moment and decides to chew their beautiful Settle bed to pieces (we really hope they don’t!)

We currently ship to mainland UK plus the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

After receiving your order confirmation email, your order will ship in 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). 

You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped. It will arrive within 2-4 business days, depending on your location.

Our team takes a much deserved break on weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

All our packaging is 100% recyclable and has been made from recycled materials where possible.

We move quickly to get your order ready, which means that you can’t make any changes once it’s been placed.

We’re sorry you didn’t love your Settle bed. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with the tags still attached.

There are two payment options: Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments or Pay later in 30 days.

Payment for your Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. The first payment is taken when the order is confirmed. The second and third instalments are collected 30 and 60 days, respectively, after the first instalment. 

With the Pay later in in 30 days payment option, you can pay for the goods once you have received them via credit card or debit card.

The mobile number is required in case Klarna need to reach you. All communications will be sent to your email address. It's very important that you give the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive your payment schedule and any updated order information.

Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by ​Settle​. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.

As soon as ​Settle have accepted your cancellation/return, then Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.
